
Step 1
Prepare the Dumplings
Open the bag of frozen dumplings.
⚠️ (No need to thaw — cook them straight from frozen!)


Step 2:
Preheat, add Oil and Start Cooking

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add 1–2 tablespoons of cooking oil. (Swirl the pan to spread the oil evenly.)

Carefully place the frozen dumplings flat side down into the pan.
(Leave a little space between each dumpling so they don't stick together.)


Step 3:
Steam and Crisp.

Add about 1/4 cup of water to the pan.
(Pour it around the dumplings, not directly on top.) -
Immediately cover the pan with a lid to trap the steam.

Steam the dumplings for about 6–8 minutes or until all the water evaporates.


Step 4:
Final Crisp and Serve.

Once the water has completely evaporated, uncover the pan.

Let the dumplings fry for another 1–2 minutes to make the bottoms extra crispy.

Remove the dumplings from the pan and serve hot with Vanessa's vinegar and chili oil! And Enjoy☺️
